Inner Reflections Therapy provides individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults navigating a variety of emotional, psychological, and life challenges. Therapy is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances, creating a supportive and collaborative space for self-discovery, growth, and healing.

Therapy is guided by evidence-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, detached mindfulness, systematic desensitization, and other therapeutic techniques tailored to the client’s needs. Treatment is individualized to help clients develop practical coping strategies, increase psychological flexibility, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Workshops & Training

Inner Reflections Therapy offers engaging and evidence-based workshops, presentations, and training programs for schools, universities, community organizations, and workplaces.

These workshops are designed to promote mental health awareness, emotional well-being, resilience, inclusion, and practical skills that support both personal and professional growth. Programs can be tailored to meet the unique needs of each audience and organization.

Workshops are facilitated by Khadeja Tahir, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), who brings over seven years of experience in higher education, clinical practice, and community mental health initiatives. She has delivered workshops and awareness programs in schools, universities, corporate settings, and community organizations, including teacher and principal trainings in the Greater Toronto Area on anti-Islamophobia, bullying prevention, student well-being, and inclusive educational environments. She has also contributed to child protection and child sexual abuse prevention initiatives in collaboration with international organizations and academic institutions.
